I worked with our in-house marketing director and graphic designer to produce materials for all 15 of the properties shown below. Each property required several of the same materials, templated for easy acces by property managers in Canva and BeeFree (for emails)
From May-August 2025, I was hired as the Graphic Design Intern for Elation Properties, a property management group operating in multi-family housing across the midwest. At a time of transition within the company's marketing department, I juggled several tasks, including digital and physical ads, flyers, social media posts, in-company communications, and creating concepts for a new property!
